1. Legal Status
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2021. Accessing sknmatrimony.com implies agreement to these terms.

2. Eligibility
Age: 18+ for females; 21+ for males.
Intent: Strictly for lawful matrimonial alliances.
Photos: Must be clear and not older than 3 months.

3. Membership Packages and Success Fee
Activation of services is subject to the realization of payment. All membership fees are non- refundable.

Success Fee Clause: In addition to the registration/membership fees, the customer/user agrees to pay a Success Fee of Rs. 40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) to SKN Matrimony once a marriage is fixed or finalized through the platform or our services. This payment must be cleared prior to the marriage date.

4. Limitation of Liability
Intermediary Role: SKN is a platform for searching prospects "as is." We do not verify the character or credentials of members. Users must conduct their own
independent due diligence.

Final Liability:
The total liability of SKN Matrimony to any member for any cause whatsoever is limited to the membership amount paid. The liability of SKN Matrimony ends absolutely upon the full refund of the membership money paid by the member.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All services are deemed entered into within the territorial jurisdiction of Kochi, India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ernakulam District Court, Kerala, India.

6. Consent for Public Display of Contact Details and Assumption of Risk
By registering on SKN Matrimony and using our services, you provide your free, informed, specific, and explicit consent to the publication and public display of your personal contact details, including your name, mobile number, and email address, on the website (sknmatrimony.com).

You clearly understand and acknowledge that such information will be made publicly accessible on the internet and may be viewed, accessed, copied, or used by any person, including individuals who are not registered members of the platform.

You further acknowledge that once such information is published, SKN Matrimony has no control over its use, reproduction, or dissemination by third parties. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the public disclosure of your contact details.

SKN Matrimony shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any misuse, unauthorized access, harassment, solicitation, fraud, or any other consequences arising out of or in connection with the public availability of such information.

By continuing to use the platform, you expressly waive any claims against SKN Matrimony arising from the publication or use of your contact details as described herein.
